Refund & Cancellation Policy
Clear rules for Nexoxa paid SaaS subscriptions (Pro and Enterprise) for NexoxaBridge Database & Server Studio. Developer platform software — desktop workbench with optional cloud subscriptions for platform features (not AI tokens). The Free tier is ₹0 and requires no payment.

1. Scope
This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to paid subscriptions for NexoxaBridge Database & Server Studio purchased through asteron.nexoxa.com or an authorized reseller. It supplements our Terms of Service and Pricing page.
2. Billing cycles & cancellation
| Pro | $9/month (or INR equivalent in India) via Razorpay. Renews each month until you cancel from your dashboard at asteron.nexoxa.com or by emailing support. |

| Enterprise | Custom SaaS or license terms in a signed order form where applicable. |
| Cancel | Cancel anytime from your account dashboard (Billing section) or email support. Future charges stop immediately; Pro access continues until the end of the current paid month. |
Razorpay checkout may display a far-future end date — that reflects the maximum scheduled billing cycles, not a lock-in period. You may cancel before any renewal to stop future charges.
Canceling stops future charges; it does not automatically delete your account or local studio data on your device.
3. Refund eligibility
- 14-day trial (Pro): If we offer a trial and you cancel before it converts, you will not be charged.
- Accidental duplicate charge: Contact us within 14 days for a full refund of the duplicate.
- Service outage: If our Platform is materially unavailable for an extended period and we cannot restore service, we may offer a pro-rata credit or refund at our discretion.
- EU/UK consumers: Where mandatory law grants a right of withdrawal for distance contracts, we honor applicable statutory periods. Digital SaaS services may begin immediately where you consent to early performance and acknowledge loss of withdrawal rights where permitted by law.
Generally non-refundable
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after a billing period begins, except where required by law or explicitly stated in an Enterprise agreement.
4. How to request a refund or cancel
Email [email protected] from your account email with:
- Account email address
- Date and amount of charge
- Whether you want to cancel renewal, request a refund, or both
- Reason for the request
We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
